EA details are requested only when you start delivery
After payment, the transfer screen asks for the EA email, password and backup codes needed to validate the correct account and platform.
The transfer needs temporary access to validate and deliver to the correct EA account. Here is what is sent, what is stored and what you should know before starting.

Your EA password and backup codes are sent server-side to the delivery provider for that request. XP247 does not write them to your profile, order record, cookies or application logs.
Your order number, transfer stage, supplier order reference and delivered progress are stored separately so you can close the page and return later without entering the same order again.
Do not open FC, the Web App or Companion App during validation or delivery. A competing EA session can interrupt the transfer.
XP247 is not an EA service. Buying coins from a third party may breach EA rules and can lead to action against an EA account. We do not describe the process as risk-free.
Your order shows the issue when it can be identified, and you can correct the details from the same transfer.
