1. Who you are contracting with
Pre-launch operator details. The legal trader name, service address and contact email will be added before live customer payments are enabled. XP247 is currently the trading brand shown on the site.
These Terms form a contract between the customer and the legal operator of XP247. They do not form a contract with Electronic Arts Inc., EA SPORTS, any game publisher, platform holder or delivery supplier.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your XP247 account, the game and platform you select, and information you submit for delivery.
You must only provide access details for a game account that you are authorised to use.
3. What we provide
XP247 provides independent third-party digital gaming services, currently including guided EA SPORTS FC coin delivery. The relevant product page describes the game, platform, quantity, price and current availability before you place an order.
Virtual game currency and similar in-game items are intended for use within the relevant game ecosystem. They are not cash, a deposit, an investment product or a promise of future monetary value. Any real-world value attributed to them by third parties may change or disappear.
XP247 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS FC and related marks belong to their respective owners.
4. Delivery providers and our responsibility
We may use specialist third-party providers or suppliers to help perform an order. Their involvement does not change who you contracted with: where XP247 accepted your order, responsibility for providing the service to you remains with the XP247 operator, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You should contact XP247 support about an XP247 order rather than attempting to resolve contractual issues directly with an underlying fulfilment provider.
5. EA rules and account risk
Third-party coin buying, selling or distribution may conflict with EA rules. EA controls its games, services and enforcement decisions. EA may remove virtual currency, restrict Transfer Market access, suspend an account or take other action under its rules.
We do not promise that any transfer method is undetectable, approved by EA or free from enforcement risk. Customer acknowledgements allocate risk between you and XP247; they do not bind EA, prevent EA enforcing its rights or make these services official.
Read the full EA Account & Delivery Risk Policy before purchasing.
6. Your choices and responsibilities
You choose how many coins to order and how frequently to order them. Repeated, unusually large or rapid purchases may make account activity more unusual. We cannot know or guarantee what quantity, frequency or behaviour EA may treat as risky.
- Follow delivery instructions, including instructions not to log into the EA account while a live transfer is taking place.
- Do not provide false, unauthorised or third-party account details.
- Check the correct game and platform before ordering.
- Consider your own recent transfers, purchases from other providers and other activity on the EA account when deciding what to buy.
Where our service is correctly delivered, consequences caused by customer-selected purchase volume or frequency, customer-controlled account activity or unrelated third-party activity are not themselves a failure by XP247. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where loss is caused by our breach or failure to exercise required care and skill.
7. Price, payment and verification
The final price, currency, applicable Rewards credit and total due are displayed before payment. Payment is processed through the payment provider shown at checkout.
An order is not treated as paid merely because your browser returns to XP247. Payment must be confirmed through our server-side records or the relevant payment provider.
We may carry out proportionate fraud, payment or order checks and may pause, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, duplicate payment, payment-provider requirements or legal compliance. If we cancel a paid order before supply, any refund due will be handled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
8. Immediate performance
Our services are intended to begin promptly after payment confirmation. At checkout you are asked to expressly request that supply or performance begin as soon as payment is confirmed and to acknowledge that statutory cancellation rights may be affected or lost once supply or full performance begins, to the extent permitted by law.
That acknowledgement never removes rights which the law says cannot be waived.
9. Delivery
Delivery timing is an estimate unless we expressly agree a fixed deadline. EA availability, account checks, Transfer Market conditions, supplier availability, platform conditions and actions required from you can affect delivery.
Where available, live delivery status is shown against your order. A temporary delay, queue or account check does not by itself mean an order has failed. If we ultimately cannot provide the purchased service, the remedies in our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. We do not use a blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” rule. Statutory consumer remedies remain available where applicable.
11. Rewards, referrals and promotions
Rewards and referral benefits are promotional account credits unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn as money unless a separate programme expressly permits it, and may be subject to programme rules shown at the time.
Referral Rewards are for genuine new customers only. Self-referrals, duplicate or artificial accounts and attempts to reuse payment methods to manufacture referrals do not qualify. A referral must meet the displayed minimum qualifying first-order value after discounts or Rewards, and the order must be successfully paid and completed.
Referral Rewards and referral progress may be withheld or reversed if the qualifying order is refunded, reversed, charged back or found to be abusive.
12. Misuse, fraud and payment disputes
You must not use the site for fraud, payment abuse, unauthorised account access, automation that harms the service, attempts to bypass security controls or activity that is unlawful.
We may investigate suspected fraudulent payments, account abuse or knowingly false payment disputes and may preserve and provide relevant transaction, account and delivery evidence to payment providers or competent authorities where lawful and necessary.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from making a genuine complaint, requesting a refund that may be due, or using lawful card-provider, payment-provider or consumer dispute processes.
13. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or removes mandatory consumer rights.
Where the law allows limits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for customer-controlled EA account activity, or for independent EA enforcement decisions merely because they occur after a correctly completed order.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons. The version accepted for an order is recorded at checkout. A later version does not retrospectively replace the version agreed for an earlier transaction unless the law requires otherwise.
15. Complaints, disputes and governing law
Please contact support first if something has gone wrong so we can review the order and delivery records. Nothing in this request limits any statutory right to use a court, payment-provider process, consumer authority or other lawful dispute route.
Pre-launch requirement: final governing-law and jurisdiction wording will be inserted when the legal operator is configured, before live customer payments are enabled.
Last updated: 19 September 2026. Policy versions are recorded at checkout where applicable.
