REFERRAL RULES
What counts as a successful referral
Genuine new customers only
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and artificial referrals do not qualify. Account and payment signals may be used to prevent abuse.
New customers only
Existing customers and accounts with previous orders do not count as new referrals.
One referrer
Each new account can only be linked to one referrer.
A qualifying first order
The first completed order must reach £25.00. Abandoned orders do not count.
REFERRAL FAQ
Before you share your link.
01When does a referral become successful?+
They must be a genuinely new XP247 customer, create their account through your referral link, then successfully pay for and complete their first qualifying order. The minimum is £25.00 and is based on what they actually pay after discounts and Rewards.
02Does the person I refer get a referral reward too?+
The referral reward is paid to the referrer. The new customer can still earn the normal XP247 cashback available on eligible orders.
03Can I refer someone who already has an XP247 account?+
No. Referral Rewards are for genuinely new customers and accounts without previous XP247 orders.
04Can I withdraw referral Rewards as cash?+
No. Referral Rewards are XP247 account credit for use on future eligible orders.
05What happens if their qualifying order is refunded or reversed?+
The referral Reward and successful-referral progress can be reversed so refunded or artificial orders do not move an account up the ladder.
06How long does my referral link last?+
Your personal link stays usable while your referral code and the programme are active. After someone clicks it, they have the current referral window to create their new account. (30 days.)
