Important risk information

EA Account & Delivery Risk

Buying FC Coins from a third party is against EA's rules and carries genuine account risk. Read this before ordering and before providing account details for delivery.

EA says third-party Coin buying and distribution are against its rules

EA currently states that buying Ultimate Team Coins from third-party sellers, distributing Coins and using the Transfer Market to transfer Coins are against its rules.

EA controls EA SPORTS FC, Ultimate Team, the Transfer Market and its enforcement systems. Its published rules say enforcement can include removing Coins, restricting Transfer Market access, deleting an Ultimate Team Club, suspending or banning online play, suspending a console from online modes, or taking other action.

EA can change its rules and enforcement practices. XP247 cannot approve activity on EA's behalf, override an EA decision, reverse a sanction or guarantee that an account will avoid enforcement.

Providing account access also carries risk

EA's published rules tell players not to share account information and state that account sharing can itself breach EA's rules. Some XP247 delivery methods require temporary account credentials so the requested transfer can be performed. Choosing that delivery method therefore involves a risk you should understand before continuing.

XP247 is designed so the EA password and backup codes submitted for delivery are passed through the live server request to the configured delivery provider and are not persisted in the XP247 database. That security design reduces our storage of sensitive credentials, but it does not make third-party account access approved by EA or risk-free.

There is no guaranteed safe amount, timing or transfer method

We do not claim that a particular amount, transfer method, price, pattern or order frequency is invisible, EA-approved, undetectable or guaranteed to be safe. Any third-party Coin purchase can result in account action.

You decide the quantity and timing of your orders. Large orders, repeated orders, purchases from multiple providers or other unusual Transfer Market or account activity may increase the amount of unusual activity associated with the account. We do not know EA's internal detection thresholds and cannot promise that smaller or more widely spaced orders will prevent enforcement.

Follow the live transfer instructions

  • Do not log into EA SPORTS FC, Ultimate Team, the EA Web App or Companion App while the transfer screen tells you to remain logged out.
  • Do not deliberately interfere with an active transfer or use the same EA account simultaneously elsewhere.
  • Provide accurate account details and unused backup codes when requested.
  • Use only an EA account that you are authorised to access.
  • If the transfer pauses because an active EA session is detected, remain logged out and allow the existing transfer to resume rather than attempting to restart it.

Ignoring live delivery instructions can interrupt or delay fulfilment. Progress already delivered remains recorded against the order where our systems receive that information.

Your wider account activity matters

XP247 cannot see or control every action taken on your EA account before, during or after an order. Purchases from other providers, manual Transfer Market activity, simultaneous sessions, prior warnings or sanctions and other account activity may affect EA's view of the account.

An EA sanction caused by customer-controlled behaviour, unrelated third-party activity or EA's independent enforcement decision does not by itself establish that XP247 failed to deliver the purchased service.

What XP247 remains responsible for

Accepting account risk does not remove XP247's obligations to provide the service we agreed to supply. We remain responsible for the XP247 order even where a specialist fulfilment provider is used.

The risk acknowledgement is not permission for us to deliver the wrong game, wrong platform or wrong quantity, ignore a failed delivery, mishandle an order, or exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

EA sanctions and refunds are separate questions

A Coin removal, Transfer Market restriction, suspension or other EA action after a correctly completed delivery is not automatically evidence that the XP247 service failed and is not automatically a refund event.

If you believe a loss or account problem was actually caused by XP247 failing to provide the agreed service or by another breach for which we are responsible, contact support. We will assess the order and available delivery evidence, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer rights will continue to apply.

If the service was not supplied as agreed, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy and contact support.

EA is not bound by your acknowledgement

Your checkout acknowledgement records that these risks were explained before purchase and forms part of your contract with the XP247 operator. It does not bind Electronic Arts Inc., change EA's rules, prevent EA enforcing its rights, or make XP247 an authorised EA service.

Independent service

XP247 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS FC, Ultimate Team and related marks belong to their respective owners.

EA's own rules

EA's rules and enforcement guidance can change. For the latest wording, review EA's official FC rules and EA User Agreement directly before deciding whether to use a third-party Coin service.
