Do not split 100K evenly across eleven positions
Equal spending sounds tidy but rarely creates the strongest squad. Some roles can be filled cheaply, while one weak centre-back, midfielder or attacker can change how the whole team feels.
Start with the positions that matter most in your formation, then use cheaper cards where the difference is smaller.
A sensible starting split
- Around 30–35% for your main attackers if finishing and chance creation are the current weakness.
- Around 20–25% for midfield so you still have passing, mobility and defensive cover.
- Around 25–30% for the back line if recovery pace or physical matchups are costing goals.
- Keep roughly 10–15% unspent for chemistry changes, a goalkeeper, bench options or market movement.
Upgrade the weakest link first
If your current striker already finishes chances, replacing him with a slightly better name may add less than fixing a midfielder who cannot turn or a defender who gets exposed every match.
A balanced squad usually gives opponents fewer obvious weaknesses to target.
Keep a reserve
Prices can move quickly when new rewards and items enter the market. Spending every last Coin removes your ability to react when a better-value option appears.
A reserve also stops small chemistry or formation changes from forcing an immediate sale.
