Why two FC 27 accounts can see different access
EA's Web and Companion App eligibility is tied to previous Ultimate Team activity and account standing. EA says early access requires an existing eligible club from FC 26, FC 25 or FC 24 created before the stated cutoff and an account that remains in good standing.
Separately, FC 27 uses Graduated Access for some new players, which can require in-game Objective Groups before full Transfer Market and Champions access becomes available.
What to check
- Make sure you are signed into the EA Account linked to the correct platform.
- Check whether you met the prior-club eligibility requirements for early Web/Companion access.
- Open Ultimate Team in-game and inspect the Graduated Access Objectives if you are a newer player.
- Do not assume repeated Web App logins will bypass an in-game requirement.
- If your account should qualify but still does not, use EA support rather than creating duplicate clubs.
Why this matters before buying Coins
Any delivery method that depends on Transfer Market activity needs the account to be able to use the market correctly. Check access before starting an order so you are not discovering the restriction halfway through delivery.
