FC 27 Title Update 1.0.3 is now live

Career Mode secret transfer requests have been fixed
One of the more noticeable Career Mode bugs involved players secretly requesting transfers without first sending complaints or messages, even when morale was high.
EA says Update 1.0.3 addresses that behaviour in Manager Career. This is separate from the wider Career Mode areas EA discussed in its developer launch update, which are still being worked on or monitored.
Club Transfers player duplication fix
EA has also fixed an issue where transferring a player through the Club Transfers menu could sometimes duplicate that player.
The patch includes broader stability fixes as well as updates to some stadium themes, kits and text.
